These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Raven Dynamics USA LLC website, online store, products, content, and services. By accessing the website, placing an order, or purchasing any product from Raven Dynamics USA LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

If you place an order on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by an authorized representative of Raven Dynamics USA LLC, all products sold by Raven Dynamics USA LLC are intended solely for closed-course competition, off-road, racing, fabrication, prototype, experimental, or show use.

Racing, motorsports, tuning, fabrication, and high-performance vehicle use are inherently dangerous activities.

You acknowledge and agree that you purchase, install, use, possess, and, if applicable, resell products from Raven Dynamics USA LLC entirely at your own risk.

You assume all known and unknown risks associated with:

• racing and motorsports
   
• fabrication and modification
   
• tuning and setup
   
• installation and maintenance
   
• transport, storage, and handling
   
• use or misuse of high-performance products
   

Improper fitment, installation, tuning, maintenance, inspection, or use may result in component failure, fire, fuel leakage, explosion, property damage, serious bodily injury, or death.

The buyer is solely responsible for:

• confirming fitment, dimensions, compatibility, materials, and tolerances before purchase and use
   
• determining whether a product is suitable for the intended application
   
• ensuring proper installation, machining, tuning, inspection, maintenance, and safe operation
   
• complying with all laws, regulations, sanctioning-body rules, and safety requirements
   
• determining whether the product is legal for use in any jurisdiction or event
   
• using qualified professionals where appropriate
   

Any technical suggestions, product descriptions, photographs, measurements, diagrams, or communications provided by Raven Dynamics USA LLC are for general informational purposes only and do not create any certification, guarantee, or warranty.

Raven Dynamics USA LLC makes no representation or guarantee that any product is street legal, emissions compliant, DOT compliant, CARB compliant, EPA compliant, or lawful for use in any jurisdiction unless expressly stated in a separate written document signed by an authorized representative.

Your receipt of an order confirmation, payment receipt, or automated email does not mean that Raven Dynamics USA LLC has accepted your order.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any lawful reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, inventory issues, misuse, export concerns, or product unavailability.

Prices, descriptions, specifications, photographs, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Raven Dynamics USA LLC reserves the right to correct clerical, typographical, pricing, image, inventory, or technical errors at any time, including after an order has been placed.

We accept approved payment methods made available through our website, e-commerce platform, or authorized payment processors.

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Raven Dynamics USA LLC does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.

To help reduce fraud and unauthorized transactions, orders may be shipped only to the verified billing address or another address approved under our fraud-prevention procedures.

Returned payments, reversals, chargebacks, or dishonored transactions may result in cancellation of orders, refusal of future orders, recovery efforts, additional verification, or service charges where permitted by law.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

The customer is responsible for:

• providing a complete and accurate shipping address
   
• inspecting shipments promptly upon delivery
   
• noting visible shipping damage with the carrier before acceptance when possible
   
• promptly reporting damage, loss, or shortages
   
• filing carrier claims within the required time period
   

Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where Raven Dynamics USA LLC shipped the wrong item due solely to its own error.

Unauthorized returns will be refused.

All returns require prior authorization from Raven Dynamics USA LLC.

Unless otherwise required by law or stated in writing by Raven Dynamics USA LLC:

• return requests must be made within 10 calendar days of delivery
   
• shortage, wrong-item, or shipping issue claims must be reported within 10 calendar days of delivery
   
• returned items must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in original packaging with all included hardware, accessories, and documentation
   

Any item that has been installed, machined, altered, test-fit in a way that marks or changes the item, exposed to fuel, oil, fluids, heat, vibration, combustion, or used in operation may be rejected for return.

Special-order, custom, made-to-order, clearance, electrical, electronic, software-related, downloadable, safety-critical, or racing-critical items are final sale unless otherwise required by law.

No oral statement, email, phone conversation, message, social media content, product description, image, recommendation, or technical opinion by any employee, contractor, or representative of Raven Dynamics USA LLC shall create a warranty, guarantee, or promise unless expressly stated in a separate written limited warranty signed by an authorized representative of Raven Dynamics USA LLC.

Except for any express written limited warranty issued by Raven Dynamics USA LLC for a specific product, all products, content, information, materials, guides, manuals, and services are provided as is, with all faults, and as available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raven Dynamics USA LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• merchantability
   
• fitness for a particular purpose
   
• title
   
• non-infringement
   
• durability
   
• compatibility
   
• accuracy
   
• completeness
   
• suitability for any application
   

Any manufacturer warranty, if any, is provided solely by the manufacturer and not by Raven Dynamics USA LLC unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written document signed by an authorized representative of Raven Dynamics USA LLC.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raven Dynamics USA LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, licensors, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, downtime, labor costs, tuning costs, vehicle damage, engine damage, loss of use, loss of data, property damage, personal injury, or death arising out of or related to:

• the website
   
• the products
   
• the content or information provided
   
• delays
   
• shipping
   
• installation
   
• use or misuse
   
• inability to use any product
   

If Raven Dynamics USA LLC is found liable on any claim, its maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid to Raven Dynamics USA LLC for the specific product giving rise to the claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raven Dynamics USA LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, penalties, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

• your purchase, installation, tuning, modification, resale, labeling, marketing, export, possession, or use or misuse of any product
   
• your breach of these Terms and Conditions
   
• your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right
   
• any claim by your customer, passenger, mechanic, installer, downstream user, or any other third party after delivery of a product
   

All website content, including text, layouts, logos, graphics, images, product descriptions, downloads, videos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Raven Dynamics USA LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted, distributed, displayed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, comments, testimonials, photos, videos, suggestions, ideas, or other materials to Raven Dynamics USA LLC, you grant Raven Dynamics USA LLC a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and otherwise exploit such materials in connection with its business.

You represent that you own or control the rights to the submitted content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

You may not use the website to:

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or relating to Raven Dynamics USA LLC, the website, or any product purchase shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or serving Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure by Raven Dynamics USA LLC to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Raven Dynamics USA LLC shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including carrier delays, supply shortages, cyber incidents, utility failures, labor disruptions, natural disasters, fire, flood, governmental action, war, terrorism, epidemic, pandemic, or systems failure.

Raven Dynamics USA LLC may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the website. Continued use of the website or placement of orders after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
